The phpBB software only facilitates internet-based discussions; phpBB Limited is not responsible for the content or conduct permitted or disallowed on this site. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, libellous, hateful, threatening, sexually oriented, or otherwise unlawful material, whether under the laws of your country, the country in which “DSA Dark Matter” is hosted, or under international law. Doing so may result in your immediate and permanent ban, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed necessary by us. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

You agree that “DSA Dark Matter” reserves the right to remove, edit, move, or close any topic at any time, at our sole discretion. As a user, you agree that any information you enter may be stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “DSA Dark Matter” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to data being compromised.

In addition to the above DSA Dark Matter will also store all of the IP address that you use to post with. Depending on your preferences DSA Dark Matter may send you emails to the email address that you used when you registered or you have subsequently changed but you are able to change these preferences from your User Control Panel (UCP) at any time should you wish to stop receiving them.

The personal details that you gave us when you signed up will be used solely for the purposes of DSA Dark Matter board functionality. They will not be used for anything else and neither will they be passed on to any third party without your explicit consent.

The only other information about you is that which you decide to post in the fora, whereupon it is considered to be “publicly available” as it will have been indexed by search engines as well as on-line archive sites.
